Stroll down Madison Avenue, let your eyes feast on the fashion boutiques and then head down to the Lower East Side or maybe the West Village to experience fashion and style. End up in one of my favorite places, Da Silvano or Giorgione for the best Italian food with a fun vibe and amazing flavors. With a master's degree in coaching and conditioning from Jagiellonian University in Poland, Christof is well-schooled in sports.
